We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with any purchase. Additional shipping options available for faster delivery services (with additional fees). As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package.

Refund and Returns Policies:
At Chaser Tech, we offer 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. So in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or get a refund for the item. The item must be unused or installed and in our original package. All returns for refund, replacement, or exchange must be processed within 30 days after delivery. We will issue a credit within 14 days after we receive the return package. Customers responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is for a manufacturing flaw or if we are at fault due to shipping or ordering errors on our side, we will gladly pay for the return shipping charges (same as original shipping method selected). We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defected, or manufacturing flaw and we will see if the item can be replaced. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.
